What can I say, my situation was very unique. I just bought my BEAUTIFUL Silverado Trail Boss from West Herr and brought it in to service for it's Ceramic Coat and to have a 2nd Key Programmed. DealerRater doesn't give me enough characters to leave my real review so I'll give the short version: I"ve been through sales, the GM, and corporate. The next step is to file a formal complaint with the DMV. I will not stop until my issue is resolved: you're not the first people to try and screw me and I eat, sleep, breathe conflict management. The only reason this isn't a 1-star is because there are dealerships committing actual fraud or simply fronting for drug dealers.

Took my 2021 silverado there to have the transmission worked on. They came to me and said they couldn’t do anything to fix it. I gave them a 1 star review. My phone rang 10 minutes later from manager telling me I shouldn’t do that. I told him my truck wasn’t fixed. He said bring it in again and I did. Still no results. I came in for an inspection and sat around for an hour and forty five minutes. I've gotten in and out of mom and pop automotive shops within 20 mins. They didn't find any on my car because it's only a 2019 Chevy equinox.

Took 2023 $140,000 Z06 Corvette to West Herr to have trunk gas struts replaced, front trunk lock mechanism adjusted and passenger door aligned. Still under 3yr/36,000 warranty but General Manager of service (David Ciesielski) refused to correct any of those obvious problems. Awful service, they've had my daughter's car now for over 30 days, keep giving her different days she can pick it up. She was told she could pick her car up today but now they are waiting on a fog light. Each time she talks to them she gets another excuse.
