I took my 2025 Trax for an oil change,front end alignment,tire rotation and balance plus a broken key. I was told there was a bent wheel and it would cost over $700 for the wheel repair plus extra to calibrate. I took my car to Goodyear and was advised there was no damage to the wheel. I would have paid for unnecessary work. I also took my broken key for replacement since I have key protection. I left my 2 good keys for calibration. I picked up the keys and went to my car to try them .I realized I had the 2 good keys plus the broken one. I went back to tell them. I checked my purse 3 times and my car 3 times. They came out and checked my car twice. They saw me check my purse. Finally they decided to review the video feed. They came out and told me it was a miscommunication between management and the tecnician. I resent being thought of as a liar when it was their fault. I was given a free oil change in case "I had a bad taste in my mouth" I am insulted by my treatment. I also had issurs when I purchased my car. Calls not being returned. I would not recommend West Herr on Transit.:

What can I say, my situation was very unique. I just bought my BEAUTIFUL Silverado Trail Boss from West Herr and brought it in to service for it's Ceramic Coat and to have a 2nd Key Programmed. The Ceramic Coat was stunning !! That second key couldn't be programmed and was a large unexpected task due to the sophistication of the security and Theft Deterrent System . It took days to finally determine the cause . Dan W. was way ahead of it and set me up with a loaner (nice Silverado). Sean and his tech team zeroed in on the culprit and I couldn't have been more grateful. I picked up my Beautiful Trail Boss and not only did they solve that Technical Mystery, it looked as clean it was off of the Showroom Floor. WOW !!! There's nothing more to say than they've won and earned my respect and they will have me as a service customer for a long time. WELL DONE GUYS !!! Thank You, Dave Masci
